Any question that you ask this intelligence it will give you the correct answer, this wisdom is Heart Intelligence, our internal guidance teacher. Intuition is an interesting form of intelligence which is beyond the rationale mind. So still the mind, ask the question, feel the body and choose from my intuitive Gut health range.
Modern life is based on an even greater need to consume, manufacturers are continuously producing new gadgets; agriculture strives to increase productivity at ever greater environmental costs and the food industry keeps tempting us with new and addictive goodies.
Challenging molecules are making their way into our bodies through what we eat, drink, breathe and apply to our skin. The way in which modern food is processed and packaged has turned into a health hazard while more recently the seeds themselves are becoming suspicious with dubious genetic modifications. Gases and vapours are belched out of cars, industry and agriculture spraying. In our very homes, danger lurks in the form of toxic perfumes; air fresheners, flame retardants and cleaning products. And as if this wasn’t enough, poisons can also be synthesised by some of our bacteria in our own gut, depending on the type that colonises it.
However, the good news is that our capacity to adapt is remarkable. In the face of so many new and potentially toxic molecules, our skin, lungs and bowel together with our liver and kidneys still manage to find ways to neutralise and eliminate those poisons. Our ability to detoxify resides essentially with the liver and the kidneys while elimination is with the skin, bowel, bladder and lungs.
